Why do you *only* offer online buying if I can collect from a market you attend?
For the moment, we can only accept only orders from buyers who are able to collect their online order from one of the specific markets we attend – and the collection must be made between the hours of trading of that event. Full details of the events and the hours of their trading are included on our Events page here.
How do I buy your food at your web site?
In brief, go to the shop via the menu tab “Shop” and browse the various sections – This Weeks Choices, This Weeks Specials, Starters, Main Course, Desserts.
Note: “This Weeks Specials” are included in the category of “This Weeks Choices” – we have broken it out on to it’s own page so you can see what New items we have added to the usual weekly choices.
How do I browse your the food items in your Shop?
Once you have reached the shop via clicking the menu tab “Shop“, you can then quickly browse the food category that interests you by clicking on your choice i.e. “All together – Starters, Mains, Desserts” or explore each category separately – i.e. “Starters“, “Main Courses” and “Desserts“.
How do I actually purchase the food items in your Shop?
To proceed with a purchase is similar to almost every other online store. Just click the button “Add to Cart” on the specific product page – and proceed to “Checkout” when you have finished shopping.
Your options for payment will be PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, then proceed with PayPal and you will be given an option to pay via a debit or credit card.
Note: As you purchase certain items in bulk the cart will reflect the discounts offered for bulk purchases automatically and adjust the payment required accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Once you get to “Checkout” You will find your options for payment will be PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, then proceed with PayPal and you will be given an option to pay via a debit or credit card.
Can I change my mind after I have ordered?
As we make food specifically to fulfill your order it is important that you inform us of your change of mind about the purchase 48 hours before an event is due to start. For example, for a farmers market starting on Saturday at 9.00am – then if you want to cancel an order – then you need to make contact and receive a response from us by 9.00am on the previous Thursday morning to discuss a cancellation of the order. If we have not made purchases of perishable items to fulfill your order then we can refund your payment for the specified cancelled items.
What day and time can I pick up my food?
At the moment we are happy to pass you your order at any of the events that we appear at – check out our Events calendar here.

However if you are wanting to place an order for a selection of our Russian Party Food then please contact us 5 days in advance of when you would like to pick up the order from our premises in the city centre of Sheffield. Again – see our Contact page.
Can you deliver my order?
We normally do not do deliveries. Though in exceptional circumstances we may be able to drop off, if within the Sheffield “borders”. Please contact us to discuss.
