Another brioche pie but this time with a sweet filling to complement the slightly sweet bread dough surrounding it. This pie has loads of chopped apricots and a cream cheese filling, very much like a cheesecake texture and taste.
We do sell the pie whole but today we offer it as a slice of pie.
